Thanks for shopping at Vomeya. We want you to be happy with every order - here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email us at hello.vomeya@gmail.com with your order number and the reason, and we'll send you return instructions. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or a refund, whichever makes the most sense for the situation. You will not need to ship anything back or pay for return shipping.

Refund Timing Once a return is received and approved (or a damaged, defective, or wrong-item claim is approved), your refund is issued to the original payment method. It typically appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
