Shipping

Free standard shipping on every US order, with no minimum. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door. You'll see an estimated delivery window on each product page before you buy.

30-Day Returns

Not right for you? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email us at hello.vomeya@gmail.com with your order number and the reason, and we'll send you return instructions. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello.vomeya@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a refund, whichever makes the most sense. You won't need to ship anything back for these.

Refund Timing

Once a return is received and approved (or a damaged, defective, or wrong-item claim is approved), your refund is issued to the original payment method. It typically appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
